A natural disaster is the greatest opportunity for a government to practice modern Monetary theory(MMT). A state of disaster has been declared in the KwaZulu Natal Provinces. All resources must be channelled to address the disaster. The only worryijg part is the mismanagement of resources (corruption) that is likely to happen. As a fundemental principle MMT. Infrastructure, health and education if the nation cannot be left to private hands or say external faninciers. One more department we rarely emphasise for it to do its duty without any tossles and hustles it's the army. The South African Army needs to be fully funded to fully complete in the global scale as well as in the African continent. Back to the three mentioned sectors, there is no need for loans when it comes to addr ssing the fundamentals. Yes donations are welcomed.
